integration plugin matrix to moodle

i try do to integration plugin matrix to moodle (trying version 4.0 4.1 4.3 4.5) when i make composer install i have these warnings
Package php-cs-fixer/diff is abandoned, you should avoid using it. No replacement was suggested.
Package webmozart/path-util is abandoned, you should avoid using it. Use symfony/filesystem instead.
But it's ok . when i create a course with auto registration
i have this message error when i try to access in the course
Exception: Call to undefined function mod_matrix\Plugin\Infrastructure\profile_load_custom_fields()
And the student dont have default Role define on the course

How can i solve it????

@babandiaye I guess this project is deprecated and should be archived?! (@axelsimon) Moodle moved forward and most likely the new communication providers should be used. Moodle core is shipped with communication_matrix, which is still experimental up to Moodle 4.5, and has seen little attention since it's release in Moodle 4.2. I am currently developing an more advanced communication_matrix2 plugin, you can see the reasons for this here: https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-84293.

i solved the this by change the code MoodleFunctionBasedMatrixUserIdLoader.php

@Menrath Yes, this repo should be archived. I no longer work at Element, so I can't do it, but maybe @turt2live can find a few minutes to do so. (Hi @turt2live !)
