Description

When a event gets rejected by the volumetric filter, the following webhook notification fails to be sent by the webhook bot because the additional text from the notification + the original rejected message exceeds the max event size.

the original event body should be truncated at max event size - whatever feels enough for the additional data

Steps to reproduce

• send really really large spam message close or at the max event size limit
