Description

In order to give the policy server the ability to join a invite only or knock restricted rooms, the member event has to be set to invite, though upon doing so, the policy servers "homeserver" returns: M_UNSUPPORTED_ROOM_VERSION (HTTP 400): User's homeserver does not support this room version

A possible workaround is to temporarily change join rules to let the policy server join

Steps to reproduce

• try inviting policy server to invite only/knock restricted room
