Feature suggestion - move view or selected feature with arrow keys + pan with two fingers on touchpad #97

Thank you for a very nice program!
It would be useful to be able to move selected objects with the keyboard arrow keys, in a similar way as is done in Powerpoint. The arrow keys alone could move the selected object(s) by the grid spacing, and CTRL + arrow could move it by 1 pixel.
If no feature is selected the whole view would move/ pan.
Also would be very nice to pan with two fingers on touchpad (now it zooms in or out when using two fingers gesture - this should happen when spreading/closing two fingers like it usually is in other applications)
