Usage as a script without used as a plugin?

Is check_ssl_cert useful as a standalone script or only as a plugin?

I'm not sure how it compares to testssl.sh, but a user from a project I maintain referenced this as a plugin they used for Nagios so I gave it a quick look :)

If it is useful for generic testing as a shell script, would you be interested in a Docker container like testssl.sh has?

There's no need to think about all the expected external deps. Especially should the user want to run the script in a container ephemerally 🤷‍♂️

I use containers often and it's useful to add a container to an network of containers for local TLS tests (no public CA / DNS).
