How to set an aggregator endpoint's name?

I have the following aggregator:

However, after pairing with Apple Home, they suggest Matter Accessory by default. I was hoping to see My Aggregator.

Does anyone know how I can change this default name?

I believe apple defaults to the accessory name from the DCL with a fallback of "matter accessory". The DCL is a central registry of certified matter devices so you would need to have an "official" device to affect the default name. And the initial name is based on the product type rather than the specific device. So unfortunately you may be stuck with "matter accessory" here.

No, i guess also the DCL has no role here. It is basically "depending on the controller" which and if any names provided by the devices are used in the controller.
Apple is basically always using "Matter accessory" and ignores all other name fields for normal devices and might use them when it is a bridged device. Google and Amazon as example have other rules when and if they use names. You can basically only try to set the names in basic information and bridged basic information clusters and then some will be used, some not.

To get infos on why it is used/not-used for which controller the question needs to go to the relevant ecosystem.

Additionally - remove the "Fixed Label" cluster ... this is not even considered by anyone really and also the label names are all not specified. I think Home Assistant might be the only one to maybe use fixed label clusters sometimes, else noone. I personally would remove FixedLabel completely unless it is required for the relevant device type (which I would not really know any)
