Using chisel replace the first item in the hotbar 1.20.1 Fabric

Fabric version: 0.17.1

How to replicate: idk, something happens when quick swap with ctrl + left mouse, or using number, all of this when having the GUI of chisel open and then, it "ghost-duplicate" the chisel, dissapearing the first item

Mods used: Mouse Tweaks, Client-crafting mod

Enviroment: Dedicated server, no ping at all.
