Update the Installation Instructions to set Connection String in Config File

Please Update the Installation Instructions to set Connection String in Config File. I spent 15 minutes or so digging before I figured that out. Would help those in the future.

What was the issue? I can't seem to get it to work.

I figured it out.

1. Update SqlTzLoader.exe.config in the zip folder with the connection string
2. SqlTzLoader.exe -c
