Patch for start XServer in portrait or landscape

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Make it possible to start XServer into portrait or landscape mode.
The default was unchanged: landscape.
If the file /sdcard/XServer/config exists,
it is checked for one line:
orientation=portrait
(or orientation=landscape) and XServer started accordingly.
