Left option as trigger key doesn't work when caps lock is on

Hello, hopefully you can help me with the karabiner_config_generator.py script.
If I configure left_option as the trigger key, the extend layer works when caps lock is off, but doesn't work when caps lock is on. In the latter case it behaves as if the extend layer isn't triggered - for example left_option + j gives left_option + j instead of left_arrow.

I think the problem is fixed by adding the following to the from field for the trigger key in the generated json. I haven't yet modified the python script to generate these additional lines.
