Explore the use of cluster-local Knative services for methods #2
Description
Ideally the VirtualService that serves as our "API Gateway" would enable us to take the N method services exposed cluster-locally and expose them on an external gateway without introducing our own moving part to intermediate the data plane.
I don't believe this is possible today (without a cluster-local gateway?) because we need a destination host to put here.
