Created folders and files are not in application folder in Linux/Ubuntu

This seems to happen when you run the jar as executable chmod +x youtube-comment-suite.jar and double-clicking the jar but not when running via terminal java -jar youtube-comment-suite.jar.

Workaround to ensure the files are in the same path would be to could create a bash script to run it every time without type in the terminal run.sh and chmod +x run.sh.
