Needs multiple order list support

At the minute, the order list is shared across all rooms/channels. This prevents the script from being used to manage multiple order lists. While named lists would be a good future enhancements, segregating the orders by the rooms they were issued from would be the quickest and easiest way to implement multiple order lists.
