[BUG] (Ratelimit) : Next page button

Next Page button spam can easily cause global ratelimit.

It causes ratelimit on the GitHub API making the finder unavailable to users, and(probably) eats up server resources.

A good fix would to to add a state to change the next page / previous page button which changes it to a loading graphic/animation.
