Add documentation for "How it works" and "How to use"

I just stumbled upon blend and feel intrigued by the idea to be able to pull in dependencies even from subfolders of remote repositories. At least this is what I understand from the README.md

Would you mind providing just a little bit more information about how it works under the hood and some usage examples?
