Checking if there are unsynced changes?

Hey!
Is there a way to check if there are changes that are not yet synchronized?

In theory this can be done by querying the internal changes collection of a SyncManager (see here). But the changes collection is in a private property and there isn't currently no public API to query it. Feel free to contribute! 🙂
