Allow Back Skip to Rewind First Song in Playlist

Problem Description

When playing the first song in a playlist, the backward skip button is grayed out. It should still be clickable because a user may want to rewind the current song.

Proposed Solution

Don't gray out the button and leave it with the same functionality it has when not on the first song.
