Can't Shuffle Downloaded Playlist #1597

- I confirm I searched for existing reports and found no duplicates.
Describe the Bug
When a playlist is downloaded, it is not possible to shuffle it offline. The app gives an error "no shuffle endpoint found".
Steps to Reproduce
Download a playlist
Turn on airplane mode
Press the shuffle playlist button
Expected Behavior
A randomly selected song begins playing.
