Sorry to bother you always with those request, but i like H1111 very much and don't want to use other tools.
could you have a look into https://github.com/hao-ai-lab/FastVideo
Its a very fast Wan Generation, should take about less then a minute for a video. i would love to have an i2v generation + lora support within h1111

Yes it is worth a look. I am mostly working on wan 2.2 right now, some speedups are already implemented like faster lora loading. It looks like they only support the small models right now and they are already very low quality. Wan 2.2 will probably support low step generation soon as well.

You can do faster wan with the FusioniX lora from vrgramer girl with the wan 2.1 14b models. It works in like 6-10 steps. It is working very well with the multitalk wan model if you have not tried that yet. https://huggingface.co/maybleMyers/wan_files_for_h1111/blob/main/Wan2.1_I2V_14B_FusionX_LoRA.safetensors I know some people are working on low step for 2.2 which I will support as soon as they are finish.

i tried so many things, but in the end i have to admit that NOTHING is beating the Framepack F1 with "easiness", quality and time to generate, but again thank you so so much for providing that absolute outstanding h1111 interface! <3
