Multiple target and output in the same run

Hi,

Is it possible to subsample multiple target in the same run? For example, I have a dataset which have 200x, and I would like to downsample it into 10,20,30,40,50x for benchmark assembler. With rasusa, it have to read the initial dataset for 5 times and output the downsample data.
Is it possible to give multiple output and multiple target in the same command line?

Thanks for the feature request. I'll have a think and a play with this. I was planning to work on #136 soon so I will see how much extra work it is to add this feature. My only concern is that it adds quite a bit of complexity to the CLI.

A question: would you want each file to be a subset of the other? i.e., would you want the 20x to be the reads in the 10x file plus another random 10x?

I would think these output files will be independent. I would like to downsample 10-100x HiFi data from my overall 200x data. Ideally, we only need to read the inital data once, and produce independent subset into multiple files in the same time. So I don't think they are subset of the other.
