Source formatting is broken

Hi since the last update a few days ago, the source formatting is broken. In VSCode (on a Mac) when i right click i do not see the option for source formatting and if i forcefully format the document using the command palette it tells me no formatter for 'twig' is installed.

Have had the same issue at various times. Started working again after degrading to 0.9.2, but going back to latest (0.9.4) also still worked.

Fix seems to be reinstalling the plugin, at least in my case.

(Windows 11. VS Code 1.101.2)
