Move to Window but 'Active panel of that window instead of Default panel'

I have around 10 panels, when i select move to window from 2nd window to 1st window, the tab get moved to 1st panel instead of nth active panel in that window.

Is this feature implemented ? I cannot find any settings ? If not, i can create a issue.

Ok, i found out, it moves to same panel and not active panel of that window.

What's your thought on this feature ?
