Keybindings Select?

Is the function of selecting a range using keyboard shortcuts currently broken? "Select range up/down" triggers the reaction only once.
In addition, after "Unlock selection", "Select up/down" will always start from the position marked by the "Lock selection".

That commit fixes the problem with the starting position when "Select up/down" after "Unlock selection".
However, the "Select range up/down" function still conflicts with the "Select up/down" function now.
You cannot "Select range up/down" again after "Select up/down" or "Select range down/up", and "Select range up/down" can only select two items at a time.
And if the number of tabs exceeds the panel, "Select up" after "Unlock selection" may cause the view to jump between the correct position and the top with each "Select up".

Floorp browser 11.27.0 (based on firefox 128.12.0) will report an error TypeError: selected.values().some is not a function in devtools-toolbox. All multi-select features do not work properly.
Not tested with Firefox ESR.

Firefox works fine.
