pecl install rrd failed on Ubuntu 24.04

Hi,

I just installed a fresh Ubuntu 24.04 and went ahead with installing as described in INSTALL.md.

On step pecl install rrd it failed with loads of PHP warnings (last line said "XML Extension not found")

After a quick Google I found that php8.3-xml was not installed (somehow php8.4-xml was, but 8.3 is the default) so after a quick apt install php8.3-xml I could continue.

Perhaps it is good to ad php8.3-xml to the install packages step in the INSTALL.md.
