where the heck are the save game files?

some places say they are in steam/userdata, some say they are appdata/locallow/TQQ something, but none of these exist...

I can load the game, and it sees save games...but I can't figure out WHERE the hell they are....

can't save game edit files I cant find :'(

ok nevermind i found it. steam \ userdata \ [my user code] \ 1041720 (I have steam on a dedicated NVME drive)

maybe the description page could have list a of commonly known save game locations?
