Update help command

Currently the help message is quite bulky on a pocket computer, making it inherently not usable.

The best solution would be to have a very short list of all commands, with the individual command getting its own help command to elaborate further.

e.g.:
User input: "h/help"
=>
extract (d)
put (p)
dump (d)
find (f)
network (n)
select (s)
help (h)
quit (q)

It should probably be something like

(...) use h <command>

Also, it might make sense to create a library for the help stuff, and use it in other projects as well.
Not sure how big the whole thing will be but could be useful.
