ui-scroll-bottom stop working on chrome mobile

I have an "old" app, was working perfectly, but some time ago it stop working on android (chrome)
it works on firefox/chrome on desktop, it still works on firefox mobile, but not in chrome, which is also used in compiled native app.

it's not loading more data to scrollable-content

any idea how to solve this issue?
