It appears that this is a GET only wrapper. It does not support the complete list of endpoints defined by Helpscout as listed here: http://developer.helpscout.net/help-desk-api/

Might want to take a look at a library I wrote over the weekend due to what looks like the abandonment of this repo. https://github.com/LasLabs/python-helpscout

I haven't explicitly tested the creations yet, but theory is sound and the implementation is there. Would love to hear if it doesn't work via an issue in that repo.
