Check if Sending was possible

Hey there. I was wondering how can I check if the transmission of the data was successfull, so that there is a gateway that received and processed the data sent? What i found was the possibility to request an acknowledge. Would that be possible with this functionality and how do I then check if the acknowledge was positive?

You request an uplink confirm to check if the gateway received your packet. If respond ACK, your packet is successfully sent.
Set last param of LMIC_setTxData2 to TRUE to get a ACK from gateway
