Add option to create a "model type" preset #1179

Feature Idea
I know there is the "attached preset" for each model metadata, but it would be convenient to be able to make a "primary" preset that automatically applies to all models of a certain type.
Then the "attached preset" on individual models can be an override when that individual model is selected.
Having the option to define a model type preset allows people to still make their own model-wide presets or not use them.
