Microsoft Edge has implemented the Translator API in a developer preview starting in 143.0.3636.0 according to their documentation: http://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/web-platform/translator-api#availability-of-the-translator-api

Edge marked as available, probably with an asterisk to denote the developer preview nature
