Microsoft Edge has implemented the Translator API in a developer preview starting in 143.0.3636.0 according to their documentation: http://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/web-platform/translator-api#availability-of-the-translator-api

What browsers does this problem apply to, if applicable?

Chromium (Chrome, Edge 79+, Opera, Samsung Internet)

What did you expect to see?

Edge marked as available, probably with an asterisk to denote the developer preview nature

#26871 added the api.Translator (and api.LanguageDetector) data for Chrome, setting Edge to false intentionally (confirmed by @captainbrosset who reacted with 👍 on the comment).

#27500 attempted to set Edge to 138, but was closed without any comment.

The Collector tests for api.Translator and api.LanguageDetector are both passing in Edge 138, so it looks like the interfaces are available in Edge, even though the APIs are not available. So really we should mark these as partially implemented in Edge with a note like this:

The interface is exposed, but the API is not available.

FWIW I don't see the Translation API flag in Edge 144 beta, so I'm not sure about this part.
