docs script not running in my local clone

Helllo, I have forked this repo and the then cloned it in my local machine. I am now running npm run docs and I am getting this error:

Most likely this is related to the node version you are using.
Currently the docs require node version 14.

Thanks. I was using nvm with node 16.14.0 and node 18.12.1. Tried it in both cases but my efforts were futile.

What version of 14 exactly because I tried 14.0.0 and some dependencies yelled at me, one needs version 14.x another 14.x.y?

No worries.
Even though it sounds like you already found the answer, for posterity, any version of node.js 14 should in theory work, I'd recommend using the latest available version in the 14.x line.

Also related, if you're interested in supporting newer versions of node in the docs, feel free to look into #2235
