Improving speed of MEAN Stack application

Hi team
I am having issue with loading time of my web application
Its a MEAN stack application with MongoDB cloud ( having 400mb data)
IT is taking almost 13 seconds to load the app
is there any solution to improve the speed

please help me as soon as possible

it's safe to say this project is no longer maintained. It's been years since the last commit.
