QR scanner doesn't work

Describe the bug
https://verify.philsys.gov.ph/#scan-using-file doesn't work. I tried the bigger QR code from the Digital ID but it still didn't work.

To Reproduce

1. Go to eGovPH app
2. Go to Digital ID
3. Tap Enlarge ID
4. Tap Show Back ID
5. Tap Enlarge QR
6. Take a screenshot
7. Visit https://verify.philsys.gov.ph/#scan-using-file
8. Tap Scan an Image File
9. Upload the screenshot of the QR
10. "y: No MultiFormat Readers were able to detect the code." appears

Expected behavior
It should be able to recognize the QR code of the National ID and verify if the National ID is not a fake ID

Additional context
This first happened to me months if not years ago, it was working fine way back then.

To make it clear, I uploaded the QR code to the ID verification site without the red stuff. The scanner should be able to recognize the QR code.
