add mean story parsing time?

I was looking over the story-indexer dashboard again for things that "sound cool" for this, and the "mean parser metadata extract times" item caught my eye. Could we add another little box that shows the avg total extraction time over the last day, or hour, or something?

I'm picturing a box that looks like:

We extract metadata from around 500,000 stories per day. This is the average amount of time, in milliseconds. that has taken per story over the last day.
"""

The key would be to get that "102ms" number. Thoughts on utility / coolness of adding this as a new data item? Is the "mean processing time per story" a better number for this?

Anything you see in grafana can be extracted/summarized by the (hopefully soon to be renamed to) vitals-api. *BUT* at the moment I'm concentrating on the new cluster roll-out, and my attempts to verify a full-stack test (web-search + mc-providers + newsscribe) has NOT been working as planned (at the moment, I'm having trouble deploying a vanilla dev web-search), so the idea of rolling out vitals with the new cluster (never mind adding bells and whistles) is stressing me out.
