Collection-set frontend concerns

Once #1180 is near wrapping up, we'll need to build a set of new views to support the user stories we're interested in.

New views:

1. Collection-set list view
2. Collection-set detail view
3. Collection-set edit view

Edited views:

1. Collection view

Additional Admin views
