Check Video URL before casting to TV #2

When casting a video to the TV the TV requires an accessible URL to play the content from.
Downloaded videos can be retained longer than the corresponding video in the public broadcast website (Mediathek). Therefore downloaded videos might have a video url that is not accessible any more.
Describe the solution you'd like
The app should verify the availability of the casted video with the Mediathek.
Alternatively the app could create a local webserver that can stream the downloaded file to the TV.
