crash on windows11 arm64(mipad5 nabu)

Describe the bug
Recently when running revision tool on my woa device (Xiaomi pad 5 nabu), it flashes back as soon as I run it

To Reproduce
install the last version revisiontool 2.1.0
start it on desktop
crash and flashback

Expected behavior
it can successfully run with out crash.

• OS: windows11 professional 24h2 arm64 26100.2033
• Playbook Version: 24.06
• Revision Tool Version: 2.1.0

Additional context
this device is not support by microsoft officially.this problem may be due to other reasons.
when i first install revisiontool,it can run with some display error.like the display is misaligned or something.but after try to restart for some times,it can display currectly.

Not sure but i think arm64 still not supported, personally i dont think windows is the optimal os for arm, if i were you i will try other non-windows alternatives.
