[Feature]: Use the deb822 format when creating the sources file

Describe the feature you'd like

When megasync upgrades or is installed, it creates a megasync.list file. However, the deb822 format should be used since the one-line format is deprecated, like this:

Types: deb
URIs: https://mega.nz/linux/repo/Debian_testing/
Suites: ./
Components: 
Signed-By: /usr/share/keyrings/meganz-archive-keyring.gpg
Architectures: amd64

Just to add, while deb822 will be the default starting in Debian 13 coming out next month and already is the default in Ubuntu since 24.04, apt itself has supported it since version 1.1 from 2015 (https://manpages.debian.org/bookworm/apt/sources.list.5.en.html), so it makes even more sense to change to deb822.

Also, why does upgrading megasync recreate the megasync.list file?

sudo apt modernize-sources is a good command for migrating to the deb822 format.
