Add v3 supportware and sponsorship info
Add a new "v3 Supportware" section to the README explaining that v3 is published to npm and is developed under a supportware model. Documents that GitHub sponsorship grants access to `pdf-parse-pro` based on tier, highlights sustainability and anti-scraping rationale, and includes a sponsor badge and thank-you note.

## v3 Supportware
25+
- All versions are published as a public npm package under the same license.
26+
- v3 is developed under a **supportware** model to keep maintenance and ongoing improvements sustainable.
27+
- After sponsoring, **GitHub will automatically grant access** to `pdf-parse-pro` (based on your sponsorship tier).

>This approach is called `supportware`, developed to ensure the sustainability of open-source projects, and GitHub provides built-in support for it. It also helps discourage automated scraping and unrestricted reuse of the code for AI training.

**Thanks for your support!** Your sponsorship helps fund ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, and new features.
