Update `instant-meilisearch` dependencies to use meilisearch-js v0.48

Hey @Strift !

Alright, so what I'm observing is that Jest and Cypress are outdated, and probably other packages too. This is bound to cause issues, and it does.

For instance Jest at its current version doesn't recognize the package.json "exports" field, and so cannot find the commonjs exports, so it imports the UMD bundle, which after my latest patch still causes issues with mocking.
Anyhow Jest is so over complicated, it should straight up be replaced with Vitest.

I should open a tracking issue to update and modernize and de-garble some of this to at bring it at least somewhat in line with the meilisearch-js project. But to be honest I'm working on that enough so I don't want to over-commit over here.
