Disable delta-encoding for bitmaps

Disables the delta-encoding of TBD

Allows choosing between the stable and experimental backends for the vector store by adding a vectorStore index setting.

• Introduced in v1.20 (provisional)
• Not to be stabilized, rather, the experimental vector store will become the stable one in a future version.

Enabling the feature

Cloud users

• (provisional) click the button inviting to test the new experimental vector store backend to:
  1. enable the feature
  2. switch the backend for that index
  3. disable the feature again
