Prediction of subset of tasks not working

As you can see in the example notebook second last cell, the number of columns is the same as for predicting the entire set of tasks (2952).

The number of cells is indeed the same, but the predictions have only been filled out for those two columns. I do agree with @lhumbeck though that the functionality would need to be modified. Considering the potentially huge size of the prediction matrix when predicting larger batches of compounds, it would be advisable to return a sparse matrix or a matrix with the number of columns matching the number of subset tasks.
