Label Rename Paint

The non-legacy version of Paint should (I think) be renamed to Paint 3D

Hey, thanks for the feedback, but you are wrong about this.

• Paint (Legacy) found under "Legacy Capabilities" in the Windows Apps and Features section is a Legacy Capability with name Microsoft.Windows.MSPaint and this is the old version of Paint (not available on Windows 11)

• Paint found under "Windows Apps" is the new version of Paint introduced in Windows 11 which is an AppxPackage with name Microsoft.Paint and can be found on the Microsoft Store: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9pcfs5b6t72h

• Paint 3D found under "Windows Apps" is an application that is retired by Microsoft which is also an AppxPackage with name Microsoft.MSPaint and it is still available on fresh Windows 10 22H2 installs, but it does not exist on Windows 11.
