[BUG] showing opera installed when it is not

Under external software it is showing that I have Opera installed when I do not

Thanks for opening this issue and providing the log file!

From the log file I can see that it is detected via the WMI query as can be seen here:
[2026-01-20 18:36:40] [INFO] Installed (WMI): Opera (Id: external-app-opera)

Can you please run this command in PowerShell and reply with the output or a screenshot of it.

Get-CimInstance -ClassName Win32_InstalledWin32Program | Select-String "Opera"

Today I thought I would install opera then remove it to see if that would change but it did not
