malt -o filter:ranks=1,50,180 not working

The option `filter:ranks` is not effective in `1.4.1` & `1.4.0`. It does not trigger or trigger reversed.

Issue is related to symbol exportation which is disabled by `-fvisibility` in release mode.

Also the condition is reversed into the check so it exclude instead of include.
