My Issue/Suggestion

This how-to tutorial could also use a warning/instruction to use "@mendix/extensions-api": "^0.2.0-mendix.11.0.0",
It does not work with the template as the preferences api studioPro.ui.preferences is not available in that extensions-api version yet.
