missing importing vlad in cyvlfeat/__init__.py #68

I try to use the vlad. I believe there is a missing in the cyvlfeat/init.py,
import cyvlfeat.vlad
I don't know why, is it the current vlad not stable?
version: cyvlfeat 0.7.0
By the way, this is a great repo of py-vlfeat.
