Fishing Hotspots Flickering

I'm not entirely sure what causes this; it seems to happen more frequently when there are a lot of players in the center of the fishing hotspot, but sometimes it doesn't happen even with 7+ players there. I am using the Skyblock Enhanced modpack, so there is potential for another mod to be conflicting with these somehow, but SkyOcean seems to be the only mod in the pack that modifies hotspots; SkyHanni only shows locations of hotspots with the radar.

edit: since I'm using a modpack, this is using SkyOcean 1.9.0; I don't know what the latest version is.

i believe this happens because of other player's runes. i will fix this one of these days
