Make mergestat-lite available on Nix

[Nix](https://nixos.org/) is many things, including a package manager and a tool to set up a development environment. It would be nix if we could find mergestat-lite among [other packages](https://search.nixos.org/packages).

I would be happy to help with this, if someone from the maintainers could help me out with this.
